First, let me say thank you for your encouragement yesterday. I'm comforted in knowing I'm not the only one who has a hard time watching the little ones grow so fast. Now, lets talk about fashion because it's one of my happy places.
These tie blouses have been trending every few years since the seventies! I'm personally a huge fan and still have some in my closet from my days as a career woman. I think they look really cute dressed up or down and give a nice feminine touch to an otherwise basic structured shirt.
What's your thought on the style? Love it or leave it?
Hmmm. I think i'm more in favor of the little ties rather than the big floppy ones. The latter just screams late 70s-early 80s. Like something you'd see on a Dallas rerun. Or something my mother would've worn back in the day. Gasp!

i like the ties, mostly because they definitely mask the fact that i'm very nearly as flat as a board. :)
