Who's ready for a holiday weekend? I'm completely prepared to spend the next few days soaking up the long weekend. I think a visit to the pool and a few cocktails are definitely in order. The spread you see above is brought to you courtesy of my friends at Madhouse, a line of upscale, but affordable dinnerware and serverware collection designed by Michael Aram. Those gorgeous glasses up there are actually melamine! Can you believe it? Perfect for poolside imbibing and porch dining. They have a great weight to them which means a gust of wind isn't likely to take out your gin and tonic. The fun print on the paper products and melamine tray is their Lemonwood collection which I think is uber chic. I also like the Fig Leaf pattern seen here which I've set aside for fall entertaining.
