    Good afternoon from Tokyo!

    I love bright, cheerful colors, but I've never tried neon~it's too much a reminder of the awful 80's. But pairing them with neutrals to maintain a classic, chic look really would tone it down! A great suggestion for these warmer months ahead.

    Saw that first photo blogged around Tumblr before -- love it. Found a neon yellow v-neck at Old Navy that I'm obsessed with. It makes me looks so tan!
