Cinnamon

Does winter have you feeling a little blah?

Did you know cinnamon is a natural mental stimulant?  It's been found to improve memory and focus, as well as reduce nervousness.  With the multiple health benefits linked to cinnamon, I plan to incorporate more of it in my life.  Here's some inspiration.

  1. I just printed out the recipe for those cupcakes - they look & sound delish!

    I always sprinkle cinnamon & ground flax seed on my yogurt. Yum!
