Nothing beats a simple yet classic BLT in the height of summer. Crispy, salty bacon piled atop sweet, juicy tomatoes and savory spinach is just culinary genius. I like to add a little champagne mustard to my BLT to dress it up a bit. Sometimes you just have to get a little fancy.
