The ART of BLT



Nothing beats a simple yet classic BLT in the height of summer.  Crispy, salty bacon piled atop sweet, juicy tomatoes and savory spinach is just culinary genius.  I like to add a little champagne mustard to my BLT to dress it up a bit.  Sometimes you just have to get a little fancy.

A perfect summer meal for those simple summer nights...

  5. I consider myself somewhat of a BLT expert. Not in making them, but in eating them!! I like mine with may or a flavored aioli!!
