So while we're waiting, we're having some fun throwing around ideas for a gender neutral nursery. Check out some of these adorable spaces for some inspiration.
I love a room a child can grow in to and I think all of these provide that option. I also adore the bright pops of color, the vintage chalkboards and abaci (yeah, I had to look up the plural form of that word.) It's also important that you like the room because you're going to be spending a lot, lot, lot of time in there.
I'll be spending some time this weekend preparing for my sister's visit next week. I'm so excited to see her in all her baby glory and celebrate her little miracle. She really deserves to be celebrated and I know she'll be an amazing mom to whatever God surprises her with!
Congrats to your sister! We didnt find out the sex of our baby either, but we didnt really have a choice!! Ha ha. It was so fun though. I love to hear when women wait to find out! What a surprise it really is!
ReplyDeleteGood morning from Tokyo!
ReplyDeleteI've recently discovered your blog and have thoroughly enjoyed reading back on your posts. I'm a southern gal living in Japan with my family at the moment, so I love connecting with other Belle's when I get the chance.
What a great selection of nurseries and congratulations to your sister on her soon-to-be bebe. Have a lovely visit!
Warmly,
Elizabeth
The nurseries are cute. Several of my friends have opted not to find out in recent years and their nurseries turned out cute. And I am sure your sister's will too.
